Directors
Our Directors ensure that the Kidwatch Plus® staff is dedicated in encouraging children's growth. This is accomplished by planned daily activities which meet the emotional, physical, intellectual and social needs of the children.
Kathryn B. Executive Director
Kathryn has been involved with Kidwatch in various roles for over 25 years; Afterschool Teacher, Camp and Curriculum Coordinators, Kindergarten Teacher and now Executive Director since 2001. Kathryn holds a Masters of Science in Teaching from Fordham University and both Early Childhood and Elementary Teaching Certificates from the State of Illinois. Kathryn is also a parent of twins that graduated from the Kidwatch program
Christina K. Director
Christina has over 15 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education with 5+ years in Administration. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Kendall College with a concentration in Special Education. Christina has also been awarded multiple professional achievement credentials in Early Childhood Education studies, Infant Toddler studies, and Administration. Christina has experience working directly with children starting at birth through age 12.
Caribelle M. Assistant Director
Caribelle has over 30 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education. Caribelle received her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from St. Augustine College. She has also been awarded her Director's Credential and Early Childhood Education Credential.
